WHICH IS THE MOST USED CURRENCY IN THE WORLD?


Currency is one of the most important aspects when people want to travel. Here there are the 7 most used:

  1. THE AMERICAN DOLLAR: 
Without any doubt , The most used currency  is the American Dollar.  Basically, it is accepted in all around the world. Even it is only issued in the U.S.A,  some countries such as: El Salvador, Panama or the Marshall islands use it as their  official currency too.
There are five fractions of dollars: the penny -10 , the nickel -5, the dime-ten, the quarter -25, the 50 cents and the half dollar.
Also, there are issued seven bills,  that instead of been  made of paper they are made of cotton and output.
The phrase " In God we trust" appears since 1956, and some of them say that appear hidden Masonic symbols.
    2. THE EURO:
Despite it`s youth, the Euro is the second most used after the american dollar. It is the official currency of the 18 countries of  the European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus,Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Stonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, and Portugal.It is also  in Vatican City, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra, Montenegro and Kosovo.
The Euro, which symbol is inspired by the Greek letter epsilon alphabet, has coins of one, two, five, 10,20 and  50 cent and one and two euros with the same obverse ,but with different ambers according the country when it is issued.

3. THE JAPANESE YEN:
It was created in 1874 . It counts with six coins: one, five, 10,50,100,500 yenes, two of them : the ones of  five and fifty have a hole inside. The reason about this was the neccesity of save money after the war. The Yen is also printed in big numbers but their  time of  movement is short  since in Japan is disrespectful paying using old bills.

4. THE POUND STERLING 
The Pound Sterling belongs  to the United Kingdon . It was created in the XII century . It is simple know as the pound.  From  1971 it is subdivided into 100 pence . It  has six  coins : one, two, five, ten,twenty, fifty pence and one and two pounds respectively. It is not common to see a bill of one pound because it is only printed in Scothland.
There is not a stative price for an euro, so a poind is the same as 1,22 euros.
5. THE AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR 
It was created in 1966  to replace the  Pound Australian. The Royal Australian Currency House issue four fractions of dollar: five, ten, twenty and fifty cents and two more coins : of one and two dollars. It also issue 5 bills of five dollars, ten, twenty,fifty and hundred. The peculiarity for these currency is that they are made of polymer, a plactic material that is difficult to fake or to destroy.

6. SWISS FRANC
 The Swiss Franc is the currency from Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It is considered as one of the most steady currency of the world. 
Each bill.  Each bill has a special design with a face of an artist in them. It is divided in cents named in different way  according of its each official  languages  The rappen (german ), céntimo (french), centesimo (italian) o rap (romance). 

7.  THE CANADIAN DOLLAR: 
It has been the official currency of Canada since it`s  History. It is divided in hundred cents. Both bills and coins have two inscriptions at the back in English and French. 
In a reference of  what appears at the back of the bill they are called informally : loonies.
